In order to effectively deliver school counseling planned activities, strategies and interventions and to address ALL students' developmental needs, the school counseling program must be effectively and efficiently managed (ASCA, 2019).

This domain was highlighted in my graduate course, CSP 511 - Introduction to the Ethical Practice of Professional School Counseling. Throughout this course, we created several case studies and projects, specifically a Comprehensive School Counseling Program Project, Ethical Dilemma Case Study, and an Advocacy Research Project.
